CHECK YOUR BLOOD GROUP AT HOME.

HUMAN BLOOD

human blood is made up of RBC,WBC,PLASMA,FIBROGENS,PLATELETS.
human blood pressure of a normal man is reading under 120/80 mm/hg.
generally human blood are of 4 type.

•                                  A
•                                  B
•                                  AB
•                                  O

HOW BLOOD GROUP ARE DIVIDED INTO FOUR GROUP?

All blood are looking red only,then how they are divided in four group....because of antibody present on red blood corpuscles(RBC).

there are 2 types of antigens present of RBC. According to that blood are grouped into.

A,B.........

and because of this 2 antigen blood are grouped into 4 group.

• if only antigen A is present on blood then blood is group A type.
• if only antigen B is present on blood then blood is group B type.
• if antigen A & B is present on the blood then blood is group AB type.
• if no antigen is present on the blood then blood is group O type.

HOW CAN WE CHECK OUR BLOOD GROUP AT HOME?

for checking our blood group at home we need fews things.

• antibody A,B
• needles
• cotton
• glass slides
• medical gloves

1)now,you first step take glass slides,

2)use needle and take out blood from fore finger by pricking on it.

3)put your blood on glass at both side of glass slide.

4)put antibody A on left side and antibody B by right side,then mix it well with matchstick.

 then result will come...

• if left side blood will show clotting means you have blood group A.
• if right side blood will show clotting means you have blood group B.
• if both side blood will show clotting means you have blood group AB.
• if both side blood will not show any clotting means you have blood group O.
