HOW TO CHECK BLOOD GROUP AT HOME,PART-2

NOW WE WILL KNOW TO CHECK ABOUT  rH OF BLOOD.

before reading this post is mandatory to read part 1st article,where you will know to test blood group at home.,click on part-1st to read article part-1.

in previous article you learn to know about blood group only,but now by reading this post you can find easily that blood is negative or positive.

you don't need to do more thing,
all procedure are same....
only you need to buy one more antibody called antibody-D

after that follow same procedure in first part,to know procedure click on previous procedure.

but put your blood at three place on slide.,in between antibody-D should be there.

follow same procedure,and result will be different not much but you can now find that blood group is positive or negative .




result will be as follow

• if left side blood will show clotting means you have blood group A,and if antibody D will show clot means it is A+(positive) blood type.,,,,,and if not showing clotting means its negative blood type.
• if right side blood will show clotting means you have blood group B.and if antibody D will show clot means it is B+(positive) blood type.,,,,and if not showing clotting means its negative blood type.
• if both side blood will show clotting means you have blood group AB,and if showing antibody D also clotting,means AB+ blood type..,,,,and if not showing clotting means its negative blood type.
• if both side blood will not show any clotting means you have blood group O.,but if shows clotting at D antibody then you will be sure that its blood O +.,,,,,and if not showing clotting means its negative blood type.
